Given the current credit crunch and the state of the housing market Renaker have got the right idea. Renaker is a property development firm based in West Yorkshire who specifically target young professionals who account for over 30% of the house buying market and are still able to command 125% mortgages even in the current financial climate. Renaker asked us to re-brand their business to match the aspirational clients they target.
